All models are labeled in millimeters. If no dimensions are labeled, please ask with us.
There is no fixed standard for the original reference data of some items, so we do not accept buyers leaving negative reviews due to wrong sizes and expectations after receiving them.

After Sale
If you find any problems such as damage, errors after receiving the products or lost packages , please contact us for after-sale service. Although logistics is beyond my control, we don't want buyers to have a bad shopping experience.
The 3D printed model is very delicate. Be very careful when removing the support protection. If it is damaged due to mistakes, please do not leave us a bad evaluation. You can try to contact us for after-sales service.

Note
- Tools, glue, paint are not included, sold separately. Static decoration, the wheel can not turn, this product is not a toy, can not fire, not suitable for children to play.

Some products have drainage holes at the bottom, which is not a product defect. Therefore, the discharged liquid may stick to the product. You can try cleaning it with 95% alcohol multiple times.

Combine Shipping
For multiple items from our store just add them to your cart. When you check out you will have a partial reduction of shipping for each additional item. It is automatic.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up and do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We use DDP (delivery duty paid) shipping. Normally, customers do not need to pay additional customs duties. However, due to policy changes, additional customs duties may be incurred in the future, and unforeseen circumstances cannot be ruled out. Please contact us promptly if you have any questions.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
